Danny A Davis

Danny is an M&A programme expert from a Sales, Marketing and HR background. After leaving Ernst & Young, Danny created DD Consulting and has since helped plan and run some of the largest mergers and separations in the world, including the European side of the BP-Castrol merger which had 180 projects across 30 countries and all functional work streams.

Danny was a Trustee on the Board of the Chartered Management Institute and Chaired the Marketing and Policy Committee. He is an Executive Fellow in M&A at Henley Business School and a guest speaker at London Business School on Strategy and M&A. He Chaired the Global M&A Integration Conference and spoke at the Financial Transformation Conference in Spain. He has been published prolifically in business journals including Finance Director Europe, The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and The British Compute Society.
