Has set-up, led and delivered global integration and separation programmes, managing mixed client and consulting work streams distributed across Europe and North America. Comfortable with highly complex programmes, very tight timelines and strict budget control. Spent early years of career performing due diligence before specialising so firm understanding of both pre and post-deal.
Programme Management Office Lead
PRINCE2 qualified Programme Management Office (PMO) professional with strong programme governance, financial management, and communication skills. Worked for eight years in major US consulting firm on a variety of project and programme roles. Specific experience of setting-up and managing PMOs within several M&A programmes both in the US and UK. Familiar with transaction lifecycle and common pitfalls within acquisition integrations as well as project management best practices.

15 years experience of IT operations and projects, across IT infrastructure and information systems, both in-house and in a consulting environment. Previously managed post-merger integration projects and subsequently managed IT or IS work streams on several integration programmes, coordinating pre-close activities and post-close integration projects. Managed portfolio of IT change projects, including ERP implementations, data centre consolidations, email migrations, etc.

HR professional with depth of experience in both the hard and soft aspects of HR change brought about by mergers and acquisitions, from TUPE and redundancy to culture and communications. Worked in Human Capital practice of Big 4 firm and led HR work stream on several integration programmes. Has also led related HR projects involving Target Operating Model design, Office closures and Rewards and Benefits reviews.

Has developed in-house end-to-end M&A capability during period of serial acquisition, but also oversaw disintegration and sale of major parts of the business.
