Andrew Scola
Andrew is an expert in merger, acquisition and divestiture programmes, with twelve years of experience supporting clients across multiple industry sectors and countries.
Within PwC and Deloitte, Andrew supported clients through some iconic deals, such as Ford's sale of Jaguar LandRover's to Tata, Johnson &Johnson's acquisition of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, Britannia Building Society's acquisition and re-mutualisation of Bristol & West's savings book, Kraft's acquisition of Danone's Biscuit division and the Travelport-Worldspan merger.
As Head of Post-Acquisition Integration for a global healthcare company, Andrew has been responsible for architecting their Post-Acquisition Integration methodology, and uses this experience to help other clients establish or develop their M&A integration capability.
Andrew joined DD Consulting as a Partner in 2009, and has since led the global separation of Skype out of eBay, following Skype's acquisition by a consortium led by Private Equity firm Silverlake Partners. Andrew managed the programme from announcement through the TSA period, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development and the CFO.
Andrew lectures and mentors MBA students at Cass Business School and runs DD Consulting's M&A Training programme.
