DD Consulting is one of the only consultancies in the UK specialising in integration and separation programmes. We have supported clients through some of the most iconic acquisitions of the last 20 years, we lecture at top UK business schools, write published articles on M&A, sit on management boards and coach executives.

Our team comes from the 'Big Four' consultancies, but we are different in that we work with you in small, highly experienced teams. Listening to what you want and need from external advisors, we tailor our approach to suit you.
